Our History

Glenda Clemens, ARNP, established Affordable Quality Care in October 2003. She recognized the need to provide a clinic where the under insured in Cleveland County, Oklahoma could receive quality healthcare at an affordable cost. After realizing how strong the need was in the area, Affordable Quality Care began accepting Medicaid and since then we have become one of the largest Medicaid providers in the state. Our office location has changed twice in the time since we first opened to be able to better serve our ever-growing patient population.

We are currently located at: 1139 36th Ave NW, Suite 200, Norman, OK 73072 (Map)

Directions from I-35 in Norman: Take the Robinson Street exit and go West to 36th Ave NW. Turn left (South) at the 36th Ave NW light and Affordable Quality Care is in the 2nd building on the left-hand (East) side of the road.

We are on the West Norman Link | N20 Yellow CART bus route with stops at :19 and :49 minutes past the hour.

Tuesday & Thursday:	8:30am to 11:30am
Wednesday (June - October):	1:00pm to 5:00pm
Immunizations and Labwork
Monday through Thursday:	7:30am to 5:30pm
Friday:	7:30am to 4:00pm
